About the town

Pinet is a village set in the lower foothills of the Garrigue, at the very fringe of the wine-growing plain which owes its reputation to its famous Picpoul A.O.C. wine .

Don't forget to visit :

- The Coupe of the Vallongue : a site related to the Domitian Way ; this is signposted and open to the Public.

Free guided visits all tuesdays at 9.30 a.m (from April to September) and thursdays at 6 p.m (in july and august). RdV on the parking of Ormarine Winery.

- Vallongue wood : a haven of greenness in the heart of the vinyards. A signposted itinerary will take you through the ages.

- The living crib : inside the church.

Local produce :
- Visitors will find a VIP welcome : when they stop at the Cave de l'Ormarine to taste the renowed Picpoul de Pinet A.O.C. wine.
