Low season :
01/01 - 31/03/2007 and also 29/09 - 31/12/2007

Medium Season :
31/03 - 07/07/2007 and also 01/09 - 29/09/2007

High Season :
07/07 - 28/07/2007 and also 18/08 - 01/09/2007

Very High Season :

The Quality/Comfort Classification :

In addition AVOCETTE Immobilier belongs to a large national program of classification of accommodations, as determined by the Clévacances keys .

To help you in your choice, you have five grades of accommodation : 1,2,3,4,5 keys.

All accommodations are regulary inspected by an Official Representative of the tourism board to ensure that environment, furnishings, facilities and service meet Clévacances requirements.

Booking Conditions:

The rental price is for one week per accommodation, not per person.
- Add a booking fee of 18 euros
- Booking must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% to confirm a provisional booking made by telephone
- A deposit quoted next to the price covers damage and breakages during your stay
- The balance of the cost of your rental will be payable on arrival together with the returnable deposit for breakages
- 25 ? for animal

Cancellation Conditions :

Due balance in case of cancellation :
- In case of illness (we need an attestation) : 0 %
- more than 30 days before the arrival : 0 %
- 30 days before the arrival : 50 %
- 15 days before the arrival : 75 %
- the day of the arrival : 100 %
nota : the 25 % deposit is lost in all case

Additionnal services, shown under SERVICES, must be reserved at the time of booking.
Rentals begin on a Saturday at 4 PM and end on Saturday at 10 AM
